Our original creation:  A rich, dark chocolate cookie base, House-made Caramel Filling and Modeling Milk Chocolate topper – customized with your choice of 1-6 letters. Standard size is priced for 4 letters.

 

Cookies: Flour, Cocoa Powder, Salt, Butter,  Sugar, Eggs, Vanilla

Caramel: Butter, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Corn Syrup, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Vanilla

Chocolate Topping: Milk Chocolate, Corn Syrup

Salted Ruby Chocolate Chip

Cookies: Butter, Brown Sugar, Sugar, Baking Soda,Baking Powder, Salt, Cake Flour, Bread Flour, Eggs, Vanilla, Ruby Chocolate, Sea Salt

Ruby Chocolate: 100% natural color and flavor from the  Ruby Cocoa Beans. No added sugar. Non-fat Dry Milk and Whole Milk Powder. Cocoa Butter and Natural Vanilla flavor.

Nanaimo Bars

 

Named after the Canadian city of Nanaimo in British Columbia, this divine cookie consists of three layers: a wafer, nut, and coconut crumb base; custard icing in the middle; and a layer of chocolate ganache on top.

Linzer Cookies

 

Delicious buttery cookies, molded with Springerle Molds, sandwiched with assorted Fruit Jam. Traditionally made with heart-shaped molds, but we can also do oval, square, and round.

 Springerle

 

GORGEOUS molded cookies.  Springerle cookies date back to the 1400’s in Europe (mostly Germany and France).  They are hand-pressed in traditional wooden molds, modern-day resin or silicone molds.  Choose from Lemon, Raspberry, Chocolate, Chocolate Orange, Anise, or almost any flavor!
